  took my Viking wine fridge to them when no one wanted to work on it. They diagnosed the problem same day and gave me an estimate. The part was hard to find and very costly so they took the time to make a universal part work with the unit and didn't charge more for the repair despite all the extra work.

  Had my furnace go out on (of course) the coldest day of the year and believed that getting anyone to service it on short notice was going to be next to impossible, but the staff at Valley came through in a big way. Toni stated on the phone that they would find a way to get to me the same day; which they did within a couple hours. Ben and Colton could not have been more courteous and professional and we had heat again in a matter of hours. Cannot thank Dean, Toni, and their crew for going over and above
