took my Viking wine fridge to them when no one wanted to work on it. They diagnosed the problem same day and gave me an estimate. Had my furnace go out on (of course) the coldest day of the year and believed that getting anyone to service it on short notice was going to be next to impossible, but the staff at Valley came through in a big way. Toni stated on the phone that they would find a way to get to me the same day; which they did within a couple hours. Dean is incredibly knowledgeable & did great work on multiple occasions (installing/rerouting ducts) and also quickly diagnosed & repaired our furnace.  I highly recommend Dean & Valley Temperature Service!
